Terms of Service

The CHAOS Network has been created to support artists and creatives in Southampton. It’s non commercial, not for profit and aims to be a force for good in the city. It’s currently supported by SoCo Music Project, a Southampton based charity, but is not a vehicle for SoCo to carry out its aims and objectives, other than a desire to be a supportive organisation in the city. Some sections of the website require you to join, it’s totally free. Here’s what will happen to your info and data when you create a profile on the CHAOS Network Website.

We will:

• Display your profile on the “Members” page
• Store any personal details you provide in a secure database on our own web server
• Only contact you regarding your membership of the website, or about CHAOS matters which may include requests for information or news

We will not:

• Pass any of your information on to third parties without express permission from yourself (i.e. to facilitate a connection)
• Make public your email address or any other information not specifically made public by yourself through your profile or through the sites groups/forums
• Use any of your data or information for commercial purposes

If you wish to be removed from the community at any time please let us know.

There is an option to connect with other members, you can use this to chat and connect without revealing your email address, it’s all managed through the website. If you are contacted by another member and you feel that this contact in inappropriate please let us know ASAP.

We reserve the right to remove a profile immediately if a member is acting inappropriately, this may include offensive behaviour, harassment, intimidation, sexual harassment, violence and threats of violence, and discrimination.

We want this community to be inclusive, active and vibrant. Please behave responsibly and enjoy being part of the CHAOS Network!
